Can GeneratePress 2.0.0 run on WordPress.com?

With the release of GeneratePress 2.0.0, have the issues with the site library import been fixed so GP2.0.0 will work on WordPress.com?
I'm specifically looking at the WordPress.com for Business plan and wondering if GP Premium will work.
