Call it font, the second bottom toolbar on "Pages'

On this video https://generatepress.com/example-videos/ SECTIONS at 12 seconds in I see under the icon 'add media' i see two (2) toolbars. The top tool bar came standard with Generate Press. Ho do I get the other tool bar installed? I checked
