Cache is not working on some sites?

After upgrade to 5.9, upgrading also latest GP and GP Pro I have some problem with some sites. I use same plugins on all sites, for example Autoptimize and Cache Enabler.
The problem is:
- for (desktop) browsers Chrome / Edge: no cache files are created or served
- for (desktop) browser Firefox: cache files are created and served
This is only for sites created using template Catalyst, while sites created with template Niche works just fine.
I just don't get it and just can't fint the problem.
Anybody else?

i checked the first site on ALL browsers and on NONE of them can i see any cached optimized/cached files being served.
Maybe your Firefox browser has cached those requests.

Can be that I just updated the sites, and cached was cleared. I'm sitting with the browsers open and ftp open and can see live that with FF the cache-files are created. With the others it is not when I browse the sites.
Also I can also see the comment in html generated:
