Cache Dynamic CSS Question

Is it safe to uncheck cache dynamic CSS?

I'm asking because I'm using Ezoic and on this page https://wordpress.ezoic.com/generatepress-ezoic-leap/?utm_source=Ezoic+Newsletter&utm_campaign=c3040a37e0-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2019_03_07_05_48_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_ec0051b2ba-c3040a37e0-419199961 they recommend to do a few things to make the Generatepress theme work faster such as unchecking cache dynamic CSS and selecting FONT for ICON TYPE.

I've just checked that cache dynamic CSS is unchecked in my theme so I don't need to do anything.
