[Support request] Buttons – Social Media Icons and Email

Hello,

I am nearing the end of my website creation and am very confused about how to use buttons to link to an action eg I have a more info button on my home page and want to link that to my email. I want to add buttons on my Services page to link to my contact/email.

I also have used the footer from customise and added the social icons. How do I can these to a page? I fodun the pattern block but do not know how to add in my action social links. I am very lost on this topic. Can you help me get started please.

Hi there,

with any GenerateBlocks button, if you select the button block, then you can click the link icon in its toolbar:

For emails use can use the mailto prefix eg.

mailto:your_name@your_website.com

Does that help ? Or am i missing something ?

i.e give the email a title?

That’s not something that GB or GP can control unfortunately.

It will require custom development.
