Buttons not linking

Hi team,
I have added some 'Booking' buttons within 3 blocks on my home page. If you click the blocks it takes you to the related services page, but I have also included a button to a bookings page. The links are in the Buttons block, but in the front end it doesn't link to the bookings page. The Button hover doesnt work either?
