button slug does not update in Idea theme

Hi,
The first button under services on the home page does not update when I enter the url slug for my contact page. I have been able to update other buttons on the page but not this one. In fact, I cannot even delete it. I remove it from the page in the editor and when I save and then preview it, it is still there and set to the idea theme contact page. It can't be a cache issue because I have added, deleted and removed buttons successfully. Just this one is acting up.
Any ideas how to permanently delete the button or get it to accept the new slug? I would prefer to have a working button.

Did you add the section using a re-usable block?
Can you make sure the section is converted to a normal block?

IT says you have control. I will take control if you are not doing anything.
I made it a reusable block and then realized I did not want that. I changed it back and deleted the reusable block properties. not sure why it is still there.
Took a while for me to find the block. i thought I removed all references to reusable blocks.
It works now.
