Button colors not changing

I'm changing the button background and hover colors, but not getting any changes on my site.
I've checked Elementor and made sure "Use themes default colors/fonts" is selected. All the other colors in theme options work fine, just having trouble with the buttons.

Any chance you can help me figure out how to do that? I seem to have forgot how I turned that on.
Not really unfortunately.
It's usually from a plugin.
