Bulgarian translation is uploaded in wp-content/languages/themes with name generatepress-bg_BG.po, but no effect.
Any ideas why?

That should work fine. Is your WordPress installation set to Bulgarian?
Yes. The problem is resolved – I upload and the .mo file of the translation.
