BuddyPress Comments not working properly with BP

Hi
I have had this issue with BP since day one, after 2 years i decided to bring it to your attention.
Basically every time I leave a comment on the BuddyPress Activity, something strange happens.
The common thing is that after I click on the SEND (publish) button the page get redirected to an empty page on the browser.
What to do?
