broken theme

Tom my website is broken after I renewed my subscription! it updated the GP theme. I tried to revert back to an earlier version of the theme using my backup plugin "Updraftplus" but it didnt revert it back though it said it restored to the earlier version. The theme now has a "customize" button on it. I dont know how to get back and my website is busted

can you make sure the Theme is activated and the GP Premium plugin is also activated.
yes the theme is activated and the plugin is activated but the site is broken
Can you remove the maintenance mode temporarily so i can see whats broken
I clicked on customize but didnt make any change at all. Went back to the dashboard, viewed site and its a mess.

Caches are always a 'fun' way to mess up your day.
David, is that plugin worth having reactivated or will it just break the site again?
Re-activating shouldn't break the site, the issue was the old cached CSS files were still being requested - all caches can create this issue they just need to be cleared now and again.
