Broken logo image top of blog

When I visit my blog, the logo at the top of the homepage displays as a broken image sometimes. This is a new issues and IM not quite sure why. I have reinstalled a fresh image and this is sill happening
Once I visit a page or two on the blog it starts working and showing correctly which is strange.

Can you try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode?
