Bounce Rate Increased From 1% to 80% after installing GP Theme

Hello Team,
I am using a premium GP theme on one of my website. Since the installation of the premium theme my website bounce rate has increased from 1% to 80%, I have made all the settings property and completed full customization of the theme. After checking all, I found no issue with my settings. On the other part, the AMP version of the website is doing well because the AMP version uses a separate theme for the site. Requested to check the issue on your part, that why the bounce rate increasing after changing theme.

the Theme itself won't create technical issues that could inflate Bounce Rate.
Were there any specific features of your Old theme that are no longer present? Such as breadcrumbs or related posts that may have reduced bounce rate - if so then you may want to look to add them to your site.

I have checked and reviewed everything with the old as well as the new theme of generate press but it shows no difference between both of them. After that, I viewed my google analytical a/c and found that bounce rate (approx 70%-80%), exit rate (approx 70%-80%), and avg time on the page (approx 4-5 minutes) increased after using generate press theme. While on my earlier theme (newsmag) the bounce rate (below 1%), exit rate (approx 30%-40%), and avg time on the page (approx 30-60 seconds) were very low.
On the other part, the AMP version of the website running normally as earlier because AMP uses a separate theme and not generate press which affects my site.
I have also made a complaint with the hosting and analytical care and both say that there is something wrong with the new theme developers.
I request you to please check the theme on my website and provide the solution for this, I think that there is definitely something wrong with the theme or there is any bug or error which increase bounce rate, exit rate, and average view time on my website.
I have provided the website URL, pls check and provide a solution for it.

The bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page. Unless a WordPress theme (ours or any others) disables the navigation and content for your visitors, it's not possible for it to cause an increased bounce rate.
If there was indeed something wrong with the theme, it would apply to all 400,000+ sites using it. However, it's simply not possible for any theme to have that kind of effect on bounce rate as long as the site is still functional.
When I go to your site, I'm able to navigate around it just fine - no issues at all. It's also really fast which is nice.
Perhaps there's something up with the analytics? Maybe another script conflicting?

Unfortunately, this is just an easy way to close a support ticket. If they have any specific information or mechanism that could make a theme do this, I would love to know. Your site is fully functional and navigational - the issue has nothing to do with the actual usability of your pages/functionality of the theme.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. I would push back at the analytics team, as it's their tool reporting the numbers. Your hosting is serving your website just fine, and the theme is displaying it as it should.
