Bottom Menu Jumped Below The Main Menu

Hi there, my footer menu jumped under the main menu on all my posts and category pages. I didn't change any setting. The Bottom menu is still set as "secondary menu." Could somebody help me out here, please?
Edited: To clarify, this problem appears on posts and category pages only (not on regular pages). The link now will take you to the category page "Blog" and You can see that the footer menu sits below main menu. As I said, this is a new problem, it appeared suddenly.

Is it not set to below header?
On home page there isn't a bottom menu and looks like the secondary navigation is disabled here:

Hi, thank You for the answer. I edited my original message to clarify the problem. I also added the URL that takes you to the category page. As I said, I have not changed knowingly any settings.
Hi, today I had more time and solved the problem. For some reason, my footer widget settings were suddenly gone (including the affiliate advertising program statement). I had used a widget to put the secondary menu above the footer. Was this because of an update or was this some anecdotal glitch, I don't know.

Just fixed it 3 mins ago:) So problem solved...but I'm annoyed as I don't understand why it happened:(
