Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
I’m not sure I understand the issue. What exactly happened?

The fonts are too small. Tried adjusting the font thru the customizer and it doesn’t work. This issue is for https://cutasticsalon.com if you see the body text doesn’t look the same. Headers are okay.
I am using siteorigin page builder and they confirm it’s not their issue because it’s the theme who controls the typography.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
it looks like the SiteGround cache / optimizer is messing with the order of the CSS styles. Flush the cache and deactivate it then you should be able to see the style that are controlled by the theme change.

What I have done,
1. I deleted all Montserrat font family leaving regular. – NOGO
2. Since I am using SiteGround GrowBig, I purge (static cache, dynamic cache and memcached) – NOGO
3. viewed site Media Genesis responsive design checker = http://responsivedesignchecker.com/checker.php?url=cutasticsalon.com&width=1400&height=700 – NOGO4. checked siteground sg optimizer | php 7.2 | disabled fix insecure content (it fixed shopping cart, menu and scroll to top button/link) but font is still a NOGO
5. cleared the browser cached – NOGO

StaffCustomer SupportDid you try disabling the SG Optimizer? So we can eliminate whether it is that Plugin that is causing the issue.

Hi David sorry for a late response. I did disable and remove sg optimizer from the system.
Change the typography from Montserrat to System font and its still small.
Changing to H5 would at least make it bigger but it fatter or its not the same as paragraph font.

the designation “owner & Master Stylist” is the paragraph size, both of this font are in the siteorigin page builder

StaffCustomer SupportCan you go to Customizer > General – is the Cache Dynamic CSS checked? If it is try unchecking this, publish and refresh your browser.

I have unchecked Cache Dynamic CSS, saved and refresh. On mobile the body fonts are still small. What can I do next? I can’t do a system restore recommended by Siteground to the time it was okay, I tried a few days ago, but it will compromised the clients database if I go further.
