Blog Theme: READ

I have installed your blog theme READ on: attention.cc
1) Do your themes come with any documentation on how to use them?
2) In the post, on the top you can see big red block: https://attention.cc/internet/testing-the-test/ - where can I change the height of that block on all blog pages if I wanted to make it less tall?
3) Where do I remove author name from the red header on the top, so only date stays on the top in the middle, below the title?

1) There isn't documentation for each template but they are all using GP, GP Premium and GenerateBlocks.
