Hi there,

the WordPress excerpt function ignores any content in a nested block, same goes if you were to use a core Group Block.
Is there any reason for adding a GB Container Block around your post content ? I cannot see the need for it ?

If it is required the only simple alternative is to add a manual excerpt to the post.

Thanks. The reason for the GB Container is just the habit of using it on pages :-)

For posts - it best to remove them unless you need to start creating full width post content.
