blog posts disappeared on home page

I am using the site library, Wordsmith. I've done something to make the blog posts disappear on my homepage. It is now just showing the code
[wp_show_posts name=”Latest Post”] how do I get it to show the posts? Thanks
Hi Cynthia,
WordSmith uses WPSP. If the posts disappeared and the shortcode [wp_show_posts name=”Latest Post”] it's likely because WP Show posts is not installed or it's disabled.
Can you check on the plugins list if this is the case?
Elvin your my late-night generate press hero! That fixed it :) Now while I have you how can I make the images in that section all the same size? Thanks
Can you link us to the page in question to check?
You can use the private information text field for the details if the site is password protected. :D
Yes
I've tried accessing the front-end w/ the credentials provided but it doesn't seem to be working. Can you check and confirm if it's correct/updated? Let us know. :D
yes I will add the other password
I've tried the newly added credential but it doesn't seem to be working.
To be clear: I can't open the site itself, the front end has a password. :) (incase what you're providing was for wp-admin access.)
So I must have typed something wrong for the site password. I just got in using this so let's try again-sorry about that :)
Hi there,
i tried all combinations of the previous username/password and new password.
And none of them work on the front end login - ( which isn't the WP login ).
Ok so I think I figured it out. It has to do with the fact that my autocorrect capitalized the username. I will rewrite in the private information. Sorry :/ Let me know-figers crossed!
fingers-oh gosh :)
I assume this question is solved here?

New topic is always the best way to go :)
Yes thank you. I thought this one was closed out and I realized I was supposed to do a separate post-sorry :)
No problem :)
