[Support request] Blog Post To Specific Page

I’m writing about four specific topics: business, wellness, sport, media. Is there a way I can blog directly to each of these four pages and lose the blog page? I’m guessing categories may be at the heart of it, adding them to the top menu and removing blog from the menu?
Any help appreciated. This layout would make a big difference.
Nice them as an aside, I’ve tried a few and this very clean and comprehensive theme works for me.

yes that would be the simplest solution, to remove the blog from the nav and add links to your category archives instead.
