Blog post read more button gone?

I installed the Code snippets plugin and added a snippet for read more text and a snippet for read more button. Why is the read more button not showing up after all this?

Also adding that php made my site crash. Getting this error now:

"The site is experiencing technical difficulties."

You should only add one of those snippets.

If you want read more button then only add the Read more button snippet linked above.

Okay Leo, so I just went to install the Code Snippets plugin and it crashed my site. Is there something wrong with the plugin?

Definitely not. We use Code Snippets all the time.

Any specific errors you are getting?

Have you tried disabling all other plugins to test?
