blog page vs. blog category

Hi,
I created a category named /blog/.
At the same time a page named "blog".
In that way I got the Archive with all blog posts put in that page, following this syntax/structure
https://www.mysite.com/blog/name-of-the-post
Which is the structure that I want to pursuit.
Now the problem is that at the top of the Archive I cannot delete the word "blog" and I cannot implement an element with a Page Hero "before_main_content". I cannot see anything of the Page Hero I created.
Any solution?

In this case, the page hero location should be Post Category Archives > Blog.
