Blog Page Does not display Title

Hello,
I can't seem to figure out why I can't have a title for my blog, (posts), page.
I create a page header, and I assigned it to the blog page.
In customizr I pointed the posts page to this custom page.
I show no title on the blog page.

Keep in mind that the page header add-on will be replaced by Header Element starting in GP Premium 1.7 which should be released next Monday:
