Is there a way to change the blog posts page width without affecting page header width and any other page width on my site?

I'm trying to adjust my blog post width at https://cornerstonehomeinspectors.com/how-to-prepare-for-a-home-inspection/. I'm having no luck using the content width setting under the content tab within the blog post width element. I have changed it many times but currently, have it set to contained with an 1100 width. Any help would be appreciated.

how many Layout Elements do you have in Appearance > Elements ?
