What is the class name for the blog page content column width, please walkthrough in private section below

Hi there,
you can set the Customizer > Layout > Container Width to a smaller value of you're ok with the whole site being affected.
Or you can use a Layout Element:

Where you can adjust the Content Width and apply it just to the Posts and Blog.
