Hi,
I've tried different ways and settings to fix the blog page. First off, with Elementor, I can't set the page as a Blog page. With GP I set the blog page and it shows a big blue background image which I can't seem to have the option of removing. Can you please help with setting this?
I have it in Maintenance Mode now but since I'm submitting my URL here, I will turn off the Maintenance Mode. Also, I'd like to add the mansard grid to the home page above the footer area. Is it best to use Elementor for this?

Hi there,
the Blog page ie. the one that is set in Dashboard > Settings > Reading as the page to display your posts cannot be edited. It is not like a regular page.
If you want to use Elementor to create a Blog page then you would need to:
1. Do not set a page to display your posts in Settings > Reading
2. Create a Page called blog and edit this with Elementor.
The blue box above the content looks like it has been hooked into the page. Go to Appearance > Elements and look for a Header or a Hook that has a Location of Blog and remove that.
