I am trying to set my blog page so that the first post (i.e. most recent) is featured and the rest are in a two-column masonry grid. It looks great in the preview, but when viewing the page after publication the columns overlap the featured post. It is fine if you then hit refresh. Any suggestions? I can also share a screenshot of this if needed.

    Hi there,

Are you using some sort of lazy loading plugin for the images by chance? If so, which one?

    Hi Tom,

Not as far as I’m aware … all images were uploaded with WordPress via the Featured Image option.

    Thanks,
    Elaine

Try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts:

    H Elaine, Tom, Leo,

The issue appears for me too. Looks like it’s related to ‘lazy loading’ images via Jetpack for me.

Is this a resolvable issue, apart from not using this Jetpack’s lazy loading of images and GP?

The lazy load script would need to be reloaded after masonry/infinite scroll does its thing. Does Jetpack have any instructions relating to reloading/initiating their script under these circumstances?
