Which part of the example page are you referring to?
The overall feel of the blog.. (Headings, images, bolding etc)

Consider checking our premade site templates found here - https://generatepress.com/site-library/
You may find a template here that's already quite similar with the reference site you've linked.
This way, you already have a foundation to work on and perhaps only do minor styling changes. :D
Perhaps try Avery, Spacious, or Classy. You then remove or add a few things to your preference. :)
