1. I can disable content title for each post, but when it's listed in the blog page (archive) the title shows up, I couldn't find where to disable it.

2. In the customise options, for blog, I can disable meta / date but when comes to author, I just want author's name to shown disabling "by"

3. I can paste the excerpt in the post myself, but I couldn't see Read more in the blog (archive) page

Hi there,

For #1:

You can hide the content title of each post using a Layout Element.

Here are the settings to hide the post title for the Blog page:
Disable Element tab - https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gunmBJl
Display Rule tab - https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uOX0Y0

For #2:

Try Tom's PHP snippet here - https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/removing-by-from-author-byline/#post-543882

Here's how to add PHP - https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-php/

For #3:

You'll need to add in the read more link/button if you're using manual excerpt,

Here's the PHP snippet to add that - https://docs.generatepress.com/article/activating-read-custom-excerpt/

There are 2 options, one displays the read more as a button. the other one displays it as a link.

Thanks Elvin, all worked, would like to ask, can all this be incorporated with the customise option for Blog - Archive, along with additional disable options? That would be much easier for everyone.

While these are all nice to have as an easy toggle button on the customizer UI, it's unlikely for all of these to have their own respective toggle button implemented.

Some of these are niche features, meaning, most people don't require this. But we understand why some would ask for it so Tom, at the least, left a filter so the niche requests can be addressed.

Reminder: If we put too many things on the plugin, we risk making it bloated. The performance would suffer.
