blog addon - excerpt for Chinese

It should count by words I believe - it's just a standard WordPress excerpt function and filter.

If you Google "Chinese the_excerpt length" does anything come up?

I googled and found the "wp-utf8-excerpt" plugin. It works, but I had another problem.
I can't change the position of the image of the blog in the add-on - "Blog" -> "Post Image".

I am not sure what the problem is.
May I know in the video - "Blog" whether the image could be changed above/below the header by the add-on was the first picture in the content of the image in the "page header"?

The "post image" in the "blog" addon doesn't work properly.
