Dear supporter,

I create an block element with location is "before main content" but when I setting it, I choose grey background (Screenshot here). In real after publishing, it has no background color. (Screenshot here)

Please help to solve it!

Hi there,

I'm not sure I see what you mean.

Here's what I see on my end - https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uO6QDl - there's a background color.

Perhaps it's cache related? Can you try clearing your browser cache? Let us know how it goes.

Do you see the screenshot I attached?

I mean the "support reader" box I create in Elements -> I adjust it with grey background color.

But when I publish & see it in real display, it's not background color.

Ah that's right my bad.

Yeah I don't see the background and it's not generated on the stylesheets as well.

Can you try regenerating GB's CSS? It can be done in WP Dashboard > GenerateBlocks > Settings.

Note: If your server has server-sided cache, can you try purging it?

Let us know how it goes. :)

Thank you so much Elvin. After following your guidance, it works well now!

Nice one! Glad you got it sorted. No problem. :D
