Block element disappeared

Hello,
I have created a block element to display after header on all posts of my site whatvwant.com. I am just using breadcrumb short code on that.
It was displayed correctly and was working fine. But suddenly it went away. It is not displaying.
I am using the same type of block element with same rules on my second site blogvwant.com. It is working fine on one site it is disappeared on one site.
What might be the issue.

Here're some debug steps:
1. Clear cache, disable cache plugin.
2. Copy the shortcode and insert it into a post, to see if the shortcode is working. If it's working fine, go to NO.3.
3. Check if there are any elements' display rules conflicts. You can try disable all other elements to see if this specific one is working.
3. Disable all other plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins.

I stuck at second step.
Short code is not working.
So I have contacted the other plugin developer.
I will update this ticket later.
