Block Editor not working on Product Pages

Hey there.

I'm trying to create a custom design layout for my product pages using the Block Element - Content Template.

I created my design and applied the Location Rules to be Products > All Products, however, it isn't rendering the template at all on the front end.
The WP toolbar at the top shows that it recognises there is an Element template being used on the page, however, it just doesn't render.

I've tried all sorts of different location rules, updating themes and plugins, clearing caches both within WP, at my hosting and browser and trying on other computers. I can't figure it out.
