Blank submenu (or tooltip?) on menu hover

When hovering on my navigation menu items, I am getting a blank box on Chrome, Safari and Opera (but not Firefox).
I deactivated my page builder (Elementor Pro), GP Premium and other plugins to see if that was causing it, but it continued to appear. I also tried commenting out the nav CSS, but that did not remedy the problem either.
Any thoughts on how to remedy this?
Hi there,
do you have a plugin installed that displays Tooltips? As this i think would be the culprit. Its not something that GP does.
