[Support request] Blank space top navigation and footer in mobile phone and browser

Please visit technliving.com and help me remove the blank space in navigation and when I open it in my mobile browser there is a blank space below footer too how to remove it. I am not using any page builder on my site.
I’m only using generatepress premium

I’m not seeing any blank space on my phone.

Perhaps it’s causing by the pop-up add thing you are using?
