Blank page results from WP-->Appearance-->GeneratePress

Hello,
I am trying to activate my license for GP Premium, but I only reach a blank page. Not even the tab icon is my website's tab icon, but rather the default hosting service's icon. I can't do hardly anything to create my site until my license is activated so fast help is appreciated.

Can you provide the login access with all plugins disabled?

The license key is unrelated to the functions of the premium plugin - all options should still be available without an active license key.
I got an error and am not sure if the credentials were entered: here they are again

Can you try updating the WordPress version first?

That must be why none of the customizing menus were appearing too
