Blank Editing Page on site with Gravity Forms + WordPress 5.x + GeneratePress

I'm getting a blank editor page on only the pages with a Gravity Forms shortcode. I'm using the latest WordPress version with the new Gutenberg blocks (including the Graivty Forms block add-on). When I deactivate gravity plugin the editor works fully. I turned on WP Debug but it did not return errors.
thoughts?
