Blank box appears when mousing over menu item.

Hi
I have this blank box that appears when I mouse over a menu item but it doesn't look like a background box.
I couldn't capture it in a screen shot but here is a quick video.
All new install, wp, generate.

Hi there,
i notice in Chrome that each of your menu items have an empty Title tag attached to them which isn't normal - so it looks like a tooltip that you get when hovering over a logo.
Do you have any other plugins installed or custom functions?
I know! I think I found a snippet of css regarding outlining buttons and pasted it into the custom css. That may have done the trick. :( I'm just messing around right now getting used to the theme. May just revert back to base after a bit if I can't find the culprit.
