Best Practices for Web Vitals

Hey guys,
I moved my site over to GeneratePress to improve my web vitals, and it has improved, but is still very low on mobile. I'm getting a developer to work on it with me, and I know one of my major issues is images - we need to compress them and re-format them I think!
But something else was mentioned. I was asked "Are you using a page builder like elementor?" - How do I find out what page builder I'm using? And are there certain ways in which I should work on a GeneratePress site, that are important when it comes to web vitals?
Any additional tips, would also be so greatly appreciated, or plugin recommendations that are compatible with the themes, but I just wanted to check I'm not doing anything wrong with it too?
I know you can actually get really high scores with GeneratePress as it's so lightweight so don't want to be missing any tricks!

You are using the Dispatch template from our site library so no page builder there :)

We recommend using Autopimize with the suggest settings here:

This is the only optimization we use for our sites.
Keep in mind that the speed of your site depends on many factor beside the theme itself, this includes your content, the other plugins you are using and the quality of your server/hosting services.
