Best Plugin for Site Visitors to both Submit Images and Pay a Fee?

Hi,

I am helping out an online group with their website. It is an artists group for networking and sharing art.

For their Membership process, I am trying to make it easier for people to apply to become a new or to renew their existing Membership.

Does anyone have suggestions for a plugin/app/service where a site visitor can both submit their jpeg artwork images and pay a small fee?

I'm not sure about submitting art but this is the plugin we usually suggest for membership:

You could try asking this in our Facebook group GeneratePress Community. There are lots of users out there with better plugin knowledge.
