[Support request] Beaver Builder Layouts not Saving

I’m building a simple page in builder beaver that’s mostly just two column rows alternating image/text stacked.

It looks perfect in Builder Beaver and when I publish it stays correct. However, when I refresh the page the columns are gone and the pictures and text are full-width and stacked. When I edit the page in beaver builder, it goes back to the correct layout only to disappear again when I publish and refresh.

I’ve used BB a bunch, but this is a new one for me. Any idea why this is happening? How I can fix it?

Hi there,

Sounds like it could be a caching issue.

Have you tried clearing any plugin cache or server cache you might have?

If that doesn’t work then it might be worth checking with their support.
