Beaver Builder frozen controls

Hi everyone,
I have a new site that I am setting up.
Since yesterday when I try to edit a page some of the Beaver Builder controls are frozen (dropdown to switch the range of modules and the menu items above that - Modules/Rows/Templates/Saved)
But I can edit existing modules and save changes - most odd!
I started de-activating modules, and the only one left was GP Premium, and after that I was able to access the controls that were previously in the frozen state.
As this was updated over night, and the problem happened today, seems like the issue!
Any thoughts

I ran out of time yesterday (Friday) - I'll resume testing this morning.

OK, I cloned the site to a different server, but still the same issue.
But I noticed that I am getting the following errors in the console:
window.controllers/Controllers is deprecated. Do not use it for UA detection. ace.js:1:18447
Request to access cookie or storage on “https://player.vimeo.com/video/240550556?autoplay=0” was blocked because it came from a tracker and content blocking is enabled. 240550556:136:16
And the vimeo one is repeated another two times ?
Also this site started with the Starter Theme 'Mellow' if that imported some content that may be the issue?

Mellow doesn't have any videos.
Maybe something in your widgets? A hook?
It's a fresh installation, only plugins added and a little bit of content adjusted.
I'll keep investigating...
