Bad Image Quality for Logo/Header

Hello, I have an image when accessed directly via URL looks fine. When I use it as a header/logo it degrades the quality. The image is 960x184.

Hi there,
It looks great to me - did you resolve this?
If not, what browser are you using? Any screenshots showing what you're seeing?
Interestingly enough, it looks to be a Chrome issue. I do not have Firefox installed on this machine, but I compared to IE and Edge. See link below. Any idea how to fix it for Chrome users?

After inspecting the element, in Chrome the picture is getting sized down to 865 rather than maintaining the 960. Is there a way to force the header/logo to stay at 960 in Chrome?

Hmm, I'm not seeing any quality loss or downsizing in Chrome: http://screencast.com/t/yrvzcB8cv
