Background images on Elementor dont appear

Hi.
I have two websites where the background images of the Elementor sections do not appear.
I have contacted Elementor support and they have proposed changing the theme.
With another theme the image appears correctly, so it seems to be a problem with GP.
Now Elementor support proposes me to use inline styles, but I think that solution is not optimal for web performance.
Any other solution?

thats sounds really odd, we have not had any issues relating to this before, and i am pretty sure Elementor tests on GP..... anyhow, can you link me to a page and the sections where the issue is?
I have the problem in this web: http://turistipedia.com/, in the second section ("La revolución digital llegó al turismo"), and in this other: https://www.adrianazangarini.com/ (the header section).

And if no success can you try disabling the GP Premium modules one by one to see if any of those are conflicting.
