Background Image with elementor

I have recently had this problem and im in need of assistance. I use elementor to build my homepage, but im having a problem with uploading a background image to my page. I used to be able to upload a background image to my section, but every time I upload it now, it comes up and when I try to live preview it, nothing is their. Im not sure what to do its frustrating, anything helps.
