Background-color in #content

Anyone know how to set the background-color in #content? Page is using sections, and background-color is #dddddd, and I want plain white
I can override the css, but I'd like to do it via theme settings.
If the page is using Sections, you should be able to change the background settings for each section in those settings.
Otherwise the Colors add-on has it in "Customize > Colors > Content Colors".
