Hi everybody.

The problem appears today when I enter to change a page.
We have all Theme+Plugin updated to the latest version.
And we have also made the pre-ckeck list before to open topic.
It's the first time it happens to me.

In the backend it appears to be well done, but on front-end view it appears something does not applied well (grid, borders...).

I also tried to change web browser to see if it was a problem of browser caching. Tried on Firefox and Chrome, nothing changes. Vivaldi too, but it's Chromium-based too. For every session, I purged all cache (browser, SG Optimizer WP side and also Server Side) every time.

Here are the screenshots:

FrontEnd

Hope you could help me, 'cause I truly don't have any idea.

Thanks in advance,

Alberto

Hi there,

can you provide the URL to the website ?

I'm so noob, David.
Excuse me.

Here it is.

OK so its actually how the page has been constructed.
You should divide your page into individual sections using a Container Block.
So one Container Block for your hero section, one container for your 4 column grid etc.
Each Conatiner Block can be set to Full width, and the Inner Container set to Contained Width - see here:

https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/

Also your first section you're using a Cover Block for the background image. Its not required, you can add a Background Image to the Container Block:

https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/#backgrounds

Thank you David.
Now I apply your instructions and keep you about that.

You're welcome

Well, @David.
I put everything inside a single Container Block.
but when I save it, nothing happens. Where I'm wrong?

I've always worked fine with GP and it's the first time it happens something like that.

Caching plugin is off and tried again on different browser.

It's incredible to me, I've not changed anything respect to the usual WP set (no plugin added or whatsoever).
The site was undercostruction for changes and I set it online only to verify it was not the problem.

FrontEnd

UPDATE: If I have a look to the Preview Page, it appears correctly as I set it. But when I update/publish the page, it appears wrong.

UPDATE: I've set UnderConstruction ON, meanwhile.
You could enter with the creds I've provided.

I've tried to change something, but nothing happens.

Hope someone could help us to solve that. We have many sites with GP and GP Premium and would like to continue to use that over and over again.

See'ya tomorrow.

Hi Alberto,

As I inspected, the front end and back end of your frontpage look exactly the same.

Have you tried clear your browser cache?

Let me know :)

Hi Ying and thanks.

I tried clear all cache:
- WP (client side & server side on Siteground)
- Browser (Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi and always tried to visualize page in guest mode, so cache is clear)
- PC

I also tried on different PCs in our office and all see that as mentioned before.
I tried to visualize in desktop mode on mobile with a different net (not our office wi-fi) and nothing changes.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I've tried to use TOR. Effectively the homepage visualizes well.

@lunch I reset our connection to clear our router cache and see the results. I keep you updated.

Hi everybody.
Thanks to @David and @Ying for preciuous support.

The problem was our internet provider.
I'm so sorry to have disturbed you for something that have nothing to do with the GP ambient.

Thanks again for this special theme & the magnificent Premium.

See'ya and have a nice day!

No worries :)

We are glad that you figured it out and it's working now!
