Aweber for Wordpress form only working on mobile

Hi, I'm using GP Premium.
I'm using the Aweber for Wordpress plugin for an optin form on my home page.
The form is only showing up on tablet or mobile. It doesn't seem to show up when
I display the home page on my PC.
Can you help me troubleshoot this?

If so, it displays well on my end. Can you confirm after you clear your browser cache?

Hi, yes, that's what I'm referring to.
I can see it on mobile and on a different browser, but not on Chrome.
I've cleared cache and I still can't see it on Chrome.
Can you give it a try in an incognito window?

It works in an incognito window. But not in Chrome, which is concerning.
I can see it as well.
Maybe a browser extension conflict - when using incognito, all extensions are disabled.
