Aw, Snap Error

I have two sites on different servers both using GeneratePress and GP Premium. On both sites when I try to customize the site, the customizer page appears but when I click on n item I then get The message 'Aw, Snap! Something went wrong when displaying this web page' I have cleared the caches, reloaded GeneratePress all to no avail.

Perhaps you have an extension which is conflicting? Does it happen in Incognito mode?
Thank you. I have tried incognito mode and there is no problem. I have also used Firefox as the browser and this works. I have tried all the things suggested by Google but it's still not working. My next step is to try eliminating the extensions.

Well, I seem to have found the culprit! If I switch my password manager, Dashlane, off the customizer does not go the error page. This is a bit worrying, whose problem is it now?
I have been in touch with Dashlane and they said they were aware of the problem and they were working on it. I think we can close this ticket now. Thank you for your help.
