Avoid large layout shifts - How to fix

It seems the following elements of the theme are causing layout shift ... is there any way to reduce this?

Can you try disabling Autoptimize's critical CSS and see if it improves?
Hi - I don't think that is an option because we are really heavy on that ... is there any other way to change the format/improve please?
Did you resolve this as i am not seeing any CLS on the link provided?
