[Support request] Autoptimize Above the fold Css

Hey developers:

I recently working on my page speed so the autoptimize above the fold CSS http://www.sitename.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_bc71188a4836589df0ad62fe586bda07.css I solved it with inline and defer CSS option in autoptimize by critical CSS path generator. Now the issue is when you visit my site posts the sidebar first loads in the footer and then finally comes in its position which breaks user-interface because it jumps from footer area to sidebar area so can you guys help me with this to solve this above the fold rendering and this jumps too.
